I drive by this building frequently, so when I recently needed to find a "participating" urgent care clinic through my insurance company, I knew where it was. (On the Berkley side of Greenfield Road, just south of 12 Mile). I walked in on a Sunday afternoon with a sore throat -- hoping it was not strep. I waited about 5 minutes before I was seeing a medical assistant. I had a prompt strep swab (negative!) and then the physician's assistant came and did a more detailed exam (looking at me and talking with me about symptoms). ... read more
The staff was friendly and kind. The office was neat and clean. Certified Nurse Practitioner was knowledgeable and friendly. Service could have been faster but I was out in under an hour. It was busy for a Saturday at 9:05AM and it opened at 9AM.
Oh my gosh I went in there on Saturday evening and I was so impressed the place was sooo clean you could smell/see it. The young lady ivory at the front was so genuinely nice and she got me checked in appropriately...I was so sick and they made me feel at home. Rana the nurse called me back and she was so comforting and had so much empathy which helped in my time of pain. It is a nice, clean facility and they were efficient at getting to all patients in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with the nice staff and it’s convenient to have a local urgent care.
This is the best Urgent Care I've been to. The staff is excellent.
The staff there was polite. I was seen fast and all concerns were addrressed.
