My visit at Berkley Urgent Care & Medical was an awesome experience. The staff and Silvana Xhajaj was so nice 🙂 to me. They made me feel like they cared about my well being. Very professional atmosphere. I would recommend them to my family and friends. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. Thank you for all that you did for me.
Our first visit was great. Very nice, clean facility. Thankful they were open on a Sunday night and the staff was very nice. PA Silvana took great care of me. Evaluation, x-ray, meds, prescription for imaging ... she even helped with questions the next day. I appreciated her advice and she gave great directions on my next steps. We will go back next time the need arises. Thanks Silvana!
Silvana and her office staff are amazing. Hands down the best urgent care around. Always compassionate, short wait time, and they LISTEN to me. They are the best medical team around, plus a oharmacy inside. The best!
Amie is thee best hands down!! She made sure to cover everything just to ensure I wasn’t experiencing anymore pain and get down to the root of the problem. The staff here is absolutely amazing and very thorough as well! Very nice, clean and welcoming environment!
