Woman in store very friendly & helpful. I was looking for a mattress & foundation. She patiently answered all questions & let me test the mattress’s I was interested in. The delivery was flawless. The 2 delivery men we’re polite, friendly and on time. This is why I like to purchase locally, if possible.

My wife and I ordered a king size bedroom set. It was delivered in the time frame promised. Price was great. Delivery crew was awesome. I was a furniture mover for many years, so I am very critical watching other people deliver to our house. The guys from Berk’s were very good and professional. We will continue to shop at Berk’s when ever we need furniture.

I had purchased a mattress from another furniture store. Had it delivered and set up, only to have a very strong chemical smell to it, even after airing out for 3 days! I returned the mattress immediately. I went into Berk's and was helped by Christine. She assured me their mattresses have no odor. She was correct! I purchased a beautiful queen sized latex mattress and had it delivered a few days later. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, right from the sale to the great delivery guys!
