Time was critical in moving our dear 92-year mom from her home in Bergen County to Paragon Village just a few weeks ago. Kristina, Amy, and Justin were so very helpful and accommodating through the entire process. I had to change the size of the bed at the very last minute, but Justin was able to modify the order for delivery the very next day – one day before my mom arrived. Woman in store very friendly & helpful. I was looking for a mattress & foundation. She patiently answered all questions & let me test the mattress’s I was interested in. The delivery was flawless. The 2 delivery men we’re polite, friendly and on time. This is why I like to purchase locally, if possible.

My wife and I ordered a king size bedroom set. It was delivered in the time frame promised. Price was great. Delivery crew was awesome. I was a furniture mover for many years, so I am very critical watching other people deliver to our house. The guys from Berk’s were very good and professional. We will continue to shop at Berk’s when ever we need furniture.
