Staff was friendly / professional Staff was friendly / professional, however the service took too long. I had an appointment for 1pm. I got there 15 mins early. Appointment was for a State inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I left at 2:30pm. 90 minutes is too long to wait for this type of service, especially since I was not a walk in.

Very positive experience Working with Sam Shazad at Berlin City Chevrolet was a very positive experience. I told Sam what I was looking for, and he showed me exactly what I wanted. He did not attempt to upsell any additional features that I was not interested in. Sam was always very prompt in communicating, and was easy to work with.
