Only one word is needed and it's "WOW!" I was greated at the door with a smile and right away I was shown to a comfortable chair and was offered a cup of coffee or a bottle of cold water. Bob asked me a few questions and then went out and came back with exactly what I was looking for. The negotiation was painless and we both compromised to a happy midground. Thanks again, and I'll be back!

Dissappointed Put in 2 seperate reqests about vechicles, no call back, no follow up, got sent a survey from dealers noted no call back, still st thus point no call bavk, very dissapointing

Very clean At my last service visit I was told one tire had a slash in it. That tire was replaced, the recommendation was for replacing two tires. I was not shown the tire that was "slashed" and because this news surprised me I didn't ask to see it. I should have been shown the tire.
