Great service Randall was very courteous and professional. Kept me informed and also had an issue addressed ahead of time so I would not have to come back.
Purchased over the phone and had truck delivered Took it easy at Berlin City. Only problem is the truck delivered is NOT inspected for my DOB. Accordingly I will have to pay $40-$50 to have it inspected. Maybe Berlin City could mail me an inspection sticker for October.
great new used truck I came to Berlin City specificly because they had the vehicle I was looking for where no other dealership in the state had one at the time. The price was competitive, the sales team was very cooperative and helpful. The service dept went above and beyond my expectations. I will look at Berlin city first, next time I buy a new vehicle. Hands down it was a great buying experience.

Fairly good service I had a set of four snow tires installed. I asked that they mark the summer tires that were coming off with Left and Right so they could be put back on the correct sides in the spring. They did not mark them. Other than that it went well. Took an hour and a half.
Service Dropped off for first service. Was told truck would be ready in about an hour. Less than 25 minutes later received call stating truck was ready. Garage was clean and vehicle was clean when picked up. Real happy with everything from sale to service
Definitely Consider Berlin City! We worked with Adam Fontaine, who was very attentive to our questions, prompt and responsive, and offered an extremely competitive price. Adam did not pressure us or "harass" us like other dealers, and we would certainly work with him, and Berlin City, again.
Friendly and courteous staff Took truck in for service at the time specified and serviced. Fixed a recall on truck also and we were in and out very quickly!
