Pleasant people, great service,clean dealership. I've always had my best deals with berlin city. Very pleasant atmosphere and always used well. Very clean dealership and the people are pleasant to work with.
Great experience buying our car!! They were great! Asked us if we needed anything and went and brought us back drinks. Had conversations with many of the salesmen while waiting for the paperwork to process and they were all great down to earth guys!
Easy and convenient online experience The experience was easy and convenient. I was able to negotiate the whole deal online through email, which better fit my schedule. Adam answered my questions and got me all the information on each of the trucks I was looking at. The truck was delivered to me at my camp on Saturday of Labor Day Weekend. It couldn't have been any easier.
