It was very easy from booking to arrival to departure. My service was a recall service and so was planned. They provided a driver to and from since the duration was longer. They also fixed my pesky low battery on my key for free. Overall was a great experience. I used my AAA discount and was able to even get my wiper blades replaced for less.
I took my Nissan into the Honda side of the dealership since the Nissan side was under construction. This was last summer. My car was making a noticeable sound from the back wheel axle area that had me concerned. I was initially going to be charged about $300 in diagnostic fees. I was told that nothing was wrong with the vehicle. Months later, I took my car to a different mechanic. The car did not pass inspection. It failed for the left rear bearing.
