Love Rave 4 Our sales rep Claude Ladd was more then helpful and a great guy to deal with. He made sure we understood everything, set up Blue Tooth and explained any questions we had and returned our phone calls in a timely manor. We had a few issues and getting some departments to return call was slow still waiting on one but we finally got Shelly Langermin who helped us with an issue and then james helped us.
