Finding the right car and buying it was easy. Working with Claude Ladd was easy and pleasant. We found a truck in about 30 minutes and handled almost everything via e-mail (great!). Waiting a few extra days so the Dealership could try to sell me the Loan and Extended Warratnies (when I already had a loan at a great rate and didn't want the extensions), was mildly irritating, but not terribly so. Everyone was professional about it. The one true negative was that you required me to schedule a specific time Saturday morning to ... read more
