Came in for an oil change. Britanee met me at my car in the bay. She looked over my vehical and notified me that I was in desperate need of windshield wipers. Ordered a compledlfe set to be installed and you would not believe how well I can see now in this snowstorm. Thank you so much for your help.

This is my 5th vehicle purchased from Berlin City. . Almost did not buy my new Rav4 because of very poor responce from dealership on my 2021 4 Runner Prem. tire failure at 1200 miles.. I ordered a 2022 Rav 4 and was told it would arrive in 4 weeks. The dealership communication was perfect with current arrival updates and the vehicle arrived right on time! The management staff was professional, and the sales consultant handled the delivery process and explained all features along with the paper work from office management, which was flawless.
