"DIFFERENT" In the world of today, most of this was done on line, text, etc.. Chad and Melannie were extremely helpful in the process... In the process of the exchange I dealt with a very pleasant women gloved up and all, and have been in the process of working with Chad for the few thing's that I have found that need to be looked at.. I emailed Berlin and was immediately offered huge discounts and higher trade. In spite of 45 min drive, I went there and completed the transaction. Picked up car next week. "No Pressure Buying" A lot of dealerships I've been to are either run in a way that makes you feel like another number and the process is rushed. Matt took his time so I never felt rushed to make a decision. He wasn't pushy with buying a car that day (even though I did go with a 2018 Tacoma) and that's important to me.
