Berman Skin Institute never disappoints. I have been going to Berman Skin Institute for more than 6-months. My nurse, Kathy, is not only gentle and kind, but extremely professional. I always feel taken care of whenever I have my treatments with Kathy. Each time I step into their office I am always greeted with a smile from the front office team. Dr. Chiang was great! He quickly helped me to figure out in 10 seconds what my family doctor couldn’t pinpoint over the last 10 years. He provided a solution and even an informational document of the condition. He was also very kind, patient and personable with any questions I had. I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Chiang was very professional and kind when examining my 4 year old son. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a treatment plan. Also, the front desk staff were all so friendly and helpful (that’s usually hard to find in a doctor’s office). I would highly recommend this clinic!
I had an extremely positive experience with Berman Skin Institute. The clinic is highly responsive, attentive, and transparent. I worked with Dr. Charles Chiang, who facilitated my prescription with accutane. I highly recommend him and had an amazing experience. He was very communicative and responded to all my phone calls and emails immediately. This is definitely one of the best dermatology clinics in the Bay Area.
