Was quite satisfied with my Berman skin institute experience. Everything from booking appointment, friendliness of staff, and in office visit . Dr Chiang was thorough and efficient. Was satisfied with the treatment and felt comfortable after leaving the Berman Skin Institute offices .
Dr Chiang listens, answer questions well, is very informative and I know I can trust him.
I am very happy that I discovered Dr. Lamel as she is such a pleasant, patient and humorous perfectionist.

I took my teenage daughter to see Dr. Berman for her severe acne. He was great with her and related well. He said he had a teenage daughter, too. He listened to her and gave us great suggestions for treatment. He didn't force anything on us which I appreciated.
Dr. Liu is an extremely nice, friendly, competent surgeon. I have been a patient of her for at least 10 years. They just do not come any better than her. Once you know her, you love her. We will surely miss her when she leaves the University of Kansas Medical Center.
Dr Liu is the most caring and competent Mohs Surgeon I have ever been treated by. She performed 7 surgeries on me in varied parts of my body, 2 on my face and they are barely noticeable inspite of the size of the cancers. Dr Liu's attention to detail found primary optical nerve involvement during pathology inspection. Her finding this saved the sight in my left eye. Dr. Liu is my hero.
Dr. Liu is a great surgeon and a truly good person. She is a good listener and always responds to my questions. She also interacts with the other medical staff in a very supportive and positive fashion. She has performed many dermatological surgeries on me over the years and they are always associated with good outcomes.
