Bernadette was the ultimate professional. We are older & not tech savvy, but she always was gracious & patient with us as we navigated the process of going through the mortgage approval process. Bernadette was amazing! She always kept me in the loop with changes. She always brought back my sanity when I was ready to give up on the process. She made sure I understood everything and if I didn’t quite understand she explained in layman’s terms. We no longer consider her the lady who helped us get our forever home she is family.

So I am officially a new home owner thanks to Berna. After meeting Bernadette last year with my quest to purchase a home, she was extremely thorough with her instructions for me to make my purchase an easy one. I moved away for a few months then returned to New Mexico. I contacted Berna again to continue my quest to become a home owner.
