RecommendedI woke up at 7:30 this morning to my American Bully having a seizure. While I'm holding my seizing dog in my arms I called Bernalillo pet care center to make sure they could get her in and they told me to rush her in right away. 15 minutes later we're being seen by a vet who took good care of her. While there isn't much you can do about a seizure she's now back at home with a big smile on her face. They gave me the likely culprit and treatment options. I called this morning and was able to get it this afternoon. Unfortunately, my 12 yr old golden had a massive cancerous tumor in his tummy. We made the immediate decision yo end his agonizing pain immediately. The doctor and her staff were caring and understanding beyond mere words Thank you all for your help today. We will be back with our other dog

I waited A MONTH to get an appointment for my dogs to get Heartworm test and then it got cancelled due to issues at the vet office. Front office offered to reschedule to the next day, then when I tried to accept, told me it would be another week out! When I complained, I was told I was "rude". Won't be going back...

Raymond, this is not true at all. We did not have issues. There is a shelter in place due to an active shooter in the town of Bernalillo. The safety of our staff members and including our clients is the priority. We will not have staff members lives be put on the line when there is an active shooter in the area. We also did not say a week. I offered you an appointment on Friday, that is only 3 days later. We have been doing the best we can to accommodate clients appointments same week.
