Mattress & Couch Shopping Both of the salesmen that we worked with were excellent and attentive. From helping us create the couch that we'd want for our new space and then helping us find the right mattress that works with 2 very different styles of sleeping, it was a pleasant experience! I don't know why we ever look at other furniture stores, we always find what we want at B&P and it's ALWAYS for the right price.

First time at Bernie & Phyl's....So First time at Bernie & Phyl's....So many choices!!! Layout of the store made it easy to browse...our salesman was very professional, very nice, didn't make us feel rushed, and was very efficient in explaining prices, discounts, lay-away, delivery!!! Needed a couple more hours to be there to see all that you offer!!????
Hyannis Experience We have shopped at the Hyannis store . Elise Baer has always been very helpful and knowledgeable . We will continue to shop there without hesitation .
Buyer Beware- Do NOT buy anything from Bernie & Phyl's Furniture they do not stand behind their protection plan and blame it on wear and tear, after reading reviews online from people that are all having the same problem they just want your money and lie to you about what you are getting just to put money in there pockets. If you do shop there think of this as a warning before you walk through their doors.
I thought I would get a better quality couch going to Bernie and phyls instead of Bobs. My couch is 8 months old. What a joke they sent a technician who proceeds to beat my cushions back into place. Thinking I want to also do this each time I sit on them. After a min they are just as miserable to sit on, big surprise pushing them back into place doesn't work. Don’t waste your money. Spend over 3k on a mattress that has a dip in it. Call Bernie and Phyls and month ago and scheduled a bed check, came back as a being defective and we were told that the paper work would be sent to Bernie and Phyls to start the warranty process. Was told this would be covered within 7-10 days and we would either get a new mattress or a credit. Bernie and Phils February 26 2021 placed an order online for a bed frame. They will not give you a delivery estimate until you give them your money. $1,479.96. Saturday, February 27 received notification of a May to June delivery date. Not going to work not a problem COVID-19 understandable but you’ve had a year to get your delivery dates in order and should not be selling things and providing dates afterwards.
