I was struggling to decide between 5 stars or 4 stars. Most of the transaction was excellent, but there was one part that was a problem. In the end, I decided to go with 5 stars and explain, as part of this review, the problem. The problem was that having been quoted by phone a delivery charge of $49.99, when I went to order the item online, the delivery charge showed as $70.00.
