I’m a bit confused why I received an online feedback survey request when I had the pleasure of interacting with a human. Eric sold me free set. He was kind and knowledgeable. He didn’t pressure and when I finally decided got the transaction completed quickly allowing me to enjoy the rest of my day. His customer service is top in class.
