Excellent sales woman (Deborah Ann) and very nice furniture. Got a leather couch and chair coming (free delivery) in less than a week from order placement. Went back two days later and mom bought some kitchen chairs (to replace some old, falling apart, ones). We worked with Deborah Ann again since we liked her so much the first time. We recently purchased a new home and needed a lot of furniture, we were at the Raynham store for 3 hours, Paul, our salesperson, was a pleasure to work with and very helpful.
Great furniture, beautiful artwork, and extremely helpful and friendly staff all around.
The sales associates were very professional. They took their time in answering my questions, did not feel rushed in making a selection, nor was I pressured in purchasing something I was unsure of.
My experience at Bernie & Phil's was excellent. The salesman was extremely helpful and the customer service I received was top notch. I will never shop anywhere else!!!
