Our experience was extremely pleasurable. Ken is very knowledgeable, very pleasant and listened to our needs. The variety of furniture shown to us was beautiful and in price range. All the staff we dealt with were very pleasant and professional. I will for sure recommend Bernie and Phil's to my friends.
I've purchased a lot of furniture from a lot of stores in my long life, and I've never had such a bad experience with delivery. Although our salesman was patient while we picked out our customizations, it took > 2 months to get our 7-piece dining room set but they only delivered 5 of 6 chairs because one was damaged. However, we noticed major damage on one that was delivered, so now we're down to 4 chairs and will have to wait 2 more months for the other 2. MaryAnn was an exceptional sales person. She was so knowledgeable about the mattresses. She answered all our questions ,clearly and with facts that helped us decide. She also shared her personal experience with the product. We never felt pressured and left feeling like we made a perfect choice for our needs.
Easy and successful visit. Went to look at reclining couches and found one we liked. Worked with Ms. Gail King. Ms. King was quick to greet us, saved us the time of wandering the store looking for our target couches and then gave us enough space to test the couches without feeling under a microscope. Made herself readily available to answer questions and provide background on the couches we favored. Completed the transaction quickly with delivery coming in just two days. All in all a good visit.
The lady that waited on me was very helpful and showed me various furniture pieces I wanted to see. I finally found what I was looking for. I had shopped many years ago in your store and was satisfied with my living room I had purchased many years ago. That is why I decided to come back. I will recommend your store to friends and family.
