Melodie was amazing to work with. She helped us with the fabric design to fit with our existing decor. Her back ground in design was a fantastic asset. No pressure salesperson. Loved the 15% off sale & the 5 year protection plan they offer is refunded as a store credit if not used. Will buy there again!
sales staff (Eric) was extremely helpful and patient. We visited the showroom 4 times before settling on the set we bought. Eric answered all questions and gave us information that helped us choose the perfect set for us. No pressure just informative and very helpful.
We needed to look at mattress's it’s been awhile since we bought one so we were a bit confused on what to look at. Kevin at the south Portland was so informative. This guy definitely knows his stuff!!! We left very satisfied and look forward to our new bed coming next week
Buying furniture at Bernie and Phy's seems an easy process. The sales staff was helpful and the prices were clearly advertised with no pressure or bait and switch. This was our third purchase there and we will go back if needed. I think they keep the prices reasonable because they do not buy a great deal of expensive or goofy advertising as do their competitors. Thanks.
Jacob was outstanding! I told him over the phone what I was looking for to furnish my new condo and he picked out the perfect sofa set, bed and chest/night stand and then followed up with pictures, suggestions, etc…got it all done, delivery was perfect and had to return one item because it didn’t fit - handled all of that with no problem. In addition, Rich was also very professional and helpful! Bernie & Phil’s - Maine has my 5 star rating!
