RecommendedI first had the lasik procedure performed back in 2005 by Dr. Bernitsky. One eye was adjusted for long distance vision and the other eye set for reading up close. I have been absolutely thrilled with the results! My experience with Dr. Bernitsky and his staff was excellent. I had LASIK performed over one year ago and still see 20/15 or better in both eyes! His pre-LASIK consultation was by far the most thorough of any of the doctors I saw in town, as he performed a number of tests to examine my eyes for dryness. I’m so glad I went to Dr. Bernitsky for Lasik. I was so nervous of having eye surgery, but I felt so well taken care of that I didn’t chicken out. My eyes are recovering well, lots of eye drops involved. I’m seeing 20/15 and feeling really great.
If you are here reading reviews, it's safe bet that you are preparing to make a huge decision. Like me you want the best, to ensure you get the best you do your due diligence... and you are ready. So, let me give you the run down. I got Lasik but there are many treatments TLC can do. For those who qualify, yes your eye condition must qualify for the treatment but many do. I just had my required yearly follow-up and all is still awesome. I have mono vision 20/12.5 in both eyes. Way better than I ever expected. I see some bad reviews on here about lifetime guarantees. For the lifetime guarantee you must have your yearly check up. My paperwork clearly states this as a condition and I had to sign it. People never read their paper work when they sign it. I dug it out to make sure I did...lol...
I am almost three months out now and getting LASIK with Dr. Bernitsky was one of the best decisions I've made in my life. The staff at TLC is wonderful. The staff at Bernitsky Vision is amazing. They answered all of my questions about my Lasik surgery and provided excellent customer service. They even coordinated with my regular eye doctor for my follow up appointments. During the surgery, Dr. Bernitsky talked me through the whole process.
