I was lucky enough to have this firm fight for me and even more lucky to have Sarah and her team assigned to my case. The communication is A1++ and I have not once felt like a number, I knew I mattered and although I stay anxious and let it show, prompt responses and updates from the team calmed me and made sure I stayed the course. Sean Shepherd with the Berry Law team did a great job on my VA disability case. I have only worked with Jamie Bell for a short time, but I am very confident in her. I believe that she takes her job very seriously. I can't believe that an attorney responds to emails, and responds in detail, like Jamie does. I'm very active in my claim, and Jamie is as good as it gets, I think. Give this lady a chance as she puts in a lot of work for vets. +Sometimes, her emails are later in the day. That's fine for me, cause she works hard.
