John Berry law firm is amazing. Since I first contacted them in 2021, their entire staff has been working extremely hard working on my claims and appeals. They got my rating to where I wanted it after being stuck many for years. They are Veterans helping Veterans and that means a lot because they understand what you are going through. As a vet, especially combat arms, we have a different point of view. The culture while in the service is to suck it up and drive on and Motrin is handed out like tic-tacs. Once out, the same attitude persists. We just deal with it, until we can't. In 2015 I tried to seek on my own disability benefits and was denied outright without even a C&P exam. I was having problems getting my rating with the VA. I used the Omaha office. I choose Berry because I had a friend who used them. Team was professional, polite attentive and really cared about me. I received my 100 Percent rating after being stuck at 90 for years. I won back percentages that were taken away for no reason and I received back pay for an error berry law firm saw. I finally feel as if I have won a battle I fought since 2005.
