Phenomenal services! Always kept me updated!
The team at Berry Law were fantastic at every step. The knowledge and years of experience pays dividends in results . I couldn’t thank them enough. I recommend them to anyone a hundred times over.
As an 81 year old Vietnam Vet, trying to file for disability benefits was beyond my capability. I chose Berry Law to assist and guide me through the VA maze. It took over a year of constant filings with the VA but finally I was approved for 80% benefits. This award was made possible by the absolute due dilligence of my assigned attorney, Sarah Hardy, and the entire Berry Law team. Their fee was totally fair for the service provided, and I would highly recommend them to any Veteran looking for help.
Matt Bartling and Mckenna were very helpful in pursuing my denied claims. The process on my end was very smooth and they were prompt and direct with their communication. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them both to other Veterans that need help.
Berry law out of Omaha Nebraska has been a savior to the least. I’ve been getting nothing but rejection from the VA at every turn and had nowhere to go. A fellow veteran recommended them and they turned out to be the most understanding and patient legal team of individuals I’ve ever come across. Not only were they there for me every step of the way, but now I have a 100 percent chance of getting my “brokenness” military related and paid for so I don’t go broke down the line. I am and always will be forever grateful and thank... read more
My name is John Hamilton, and I’d like to provide the following feedback to any veteran who is struggling with their ability to maintain stable employment, normal social interaction, acquiring needed medical services and securing a safe and sustainable housing situation due to trauma suffered during their service to our Country. After eighteen years in uniform and a decade in Federal Law Enforcement, I was posted to Lincoln, Nebraska from Vermont. My ability to maintain professional standards at work were bringing me closer ... read more
My experience working with Berry Law has been great! They have been very detailed throughout the process and helped me along the way. Highly recommend.
They were amazing in assisting with my VA claim. The communication was nothing but phenomenal. I would refer them to anyone of my fellow service members in need of assistance with their VA claims as it can be difficult, and they make easier.
Before I contacted Berry Law I was determined by the VA to be 10% service connect. I had about 6 pages of issues that the VA deemed not Service Connected. I was OK with that as I was a lot better off than many. However, several years later some of the issues the VA said were not service connected started to become a problem and started to affect my everyday life. I contacted the VA and they basically said well that’s not service connected. I was like Really 26 years of Active Duty and that had no impact?? They said its not... read more
