As an 81 year old Vietnam Vet, trying to file for disability benefits was beyond my capability. I chose Berry Law to assist and guide me through the VA maze. Before I contacted Berry Law I was determined by the VA to be 10% service connect. I had about 6 pages of issues that the VA deemed not Service Connected. I was OK with that as I was a lot better off than many. However, several years later some of the issues the VA said were not service connected started to become a problem and started to affect my everyday life.
