Before I contacted Berry Law I was determined by the VA to be 10% service connect. I had about 6 pages of issues that the VA deemed not Service Connected. I was OK with that as I was a lot better off than many. However, several years later some of the issues the VA said were not service connected started to become a problem and started to affect my everyday life. Berry Law helped me to win my disability case. Everyone knew that my injuries and conditions where from my military service. Only problem is the VA wouldn't approve my disability. After 5 years of various review levels, Berry Law provided the legal rules to the VA and my case was approved! I highly recommend using Berry Law for any VA disability claim!
