I was a Navy Engineman in the early 80’s. I filed a claim with the help of a VSO only to be denied by the VA. My VSO did not know what to do next. I found Berry Law on the internet, and they agreed to take the case. Seth examined the original denied claim. Seth and his team found what was missing from the claim and what was done incorrectly by the VA. They filed the appeal.
