My service was long ago and I didn’t think much about it for many years. While I struggled with numerus physical consequences from the injuries in the service I had no expectation of any benefits available to me from the VA. Jason Gibson and Barry Rodgers at Berry Law Firm are absolute miracle workers! After 9 years on active duty in the Marine Corps from 1998-2006 I had multiple injuries requiring ongoing medical treatment and multiple surgeries, however the VA would routinely return my legitimate claims as "denied service connection".
