Diane was so helpful! The space was very nice & it was a great experience. Champagne was awesome as well. Wish we came here first, I didn't know it could be his easy.

What an awful experience! We walked in and were chastised by an older woman behind the counter because we did not have an appointment!!! What an awful miserable person! I would never recommend this place to anyone.
This is the worst place I've been to. From the get go the lady said oh we won't have dresses that will fit your bridesmaid. Did not introduce herself. Belittled me when I took a picture of a dress and told me how I wasn't going to find it online you can only order here. Well okay? I want to keep the style in mind? I wasn't going to go look it up.
I was really disappointed in the service it got from here. I loved my experience at BB but this place.... Nope. I went in 4 separate times. I had come from another bridal salon where I had looked at bridesmaids dresses. The service was much better. This store was cramped, and there was one dressing room with a curtain closure. My mom (who cannot stand for almost any length of time) had to sit in the middle of an opening with a chair they had to bring over for her. Help was sporadic.
