Having bought a true 'fixer upper,' one of the 1st things I did was remove the 40 yr. old 'window treatments' and 1/2 shutters, then set about finding someone to install blinds in their place. Paul, of Best Blinds of Myrtle beach, came out and measured shortly after we 1st spoke, and returned to do the install today.
