We worked with the sales person, Grace Peron to purchase a Miele dishwasher. Grace was great! She is personable and knowledgeable. The dishwasher was delivered and installed in a timely way. The installers too were great. We are considering another purchase and if we proceed, we will certainly use Grace. It was a pleasure working with her.

Excellent selection of high quality appliances with an interesting range of floor models available at substantial discounts. Also excellent customer service, in particular from Arman Maali who assisted us in our purchases and followed up with prompt responses to our questions. Very helpful. And a great delivery experience with punctual delivery, with real-time notifications of prior to arrival. On time and as scheduled. All-in all a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Cara was a very responsive and responsible sales representative. She replied emails very quickly and was very willing to help and find alternatives for me. Didn't have service as great as hers from lexus nor genesis. Highly recommend! Will write a review again when the appliances are delivered.
