My appointment as a first time client went well. Dr Carlson tries to get to know the patient a person level. I have been trying to get my blood pressure down for years. He prescribed me a different medication than I have been taking for years and finally my levels are normal! Thank you Dr. Carlson!
This has been my doctor for two years now.. Not a good doctor's office.. I went in the other day because I was feeling down with a cold or flu, and I had to get my prescription refilled.. They told me I would have to make another appointment to be looked at for my flu symptoms.. I literally left out of my doctor's office sick with no medication.. I like the doctor, that being said the staff is absolutely horrible! I have been seen in the pas month and half 3 times by Dr. Carlson, don’t two extensive blood works, he mentioned if my problem persist I need to go to a cardiologist, my blood pressure out of blue went through the roof I call them to refer me to a cardiologist per his recommendation and all their staff say is I have to been seen again! I have been seeing Dr. Carlson since I was 16 years old! Fast forward 26 years, he's still the great doctor he was then! His office staff is all very kind and professional. I would highly recommend Best Care Garland!
The clinical team might be okay but the front office staff members are rude and have no customer service skills. Lack of communication between the team memebers. I went to this Dr.'s office last week, made appointment for this week, provided all the documents including drving lcense and insurnace card. When arrived for the appointment this week, the front desk person didn't have any information that was collected last week. She said the person collected the document was not available.
