They don't do their jobs, simple as that. When a customer has a concern, address it, im mean it is our animals. Instead they tell us there's no issue, just to find out later that day that it was an issue. Not to mention could have possibly caused me to lose my animal sooner.
I am extremely disappointed with Best Friends Animal Hospital! Two months ago I called to make an appt for my dogs annual shot and semi annual visit with the vet. While on the phone I was asked what vet I wanted to see and given an appt. Oddly enough the day of the vet appt my dog wasn’t wanting to put pressure on his back leg and was limping. I took my 13 year old miniature poodle with a skin infection. My dog was seen by Dr. Hedge she stated my dog was septic that I had to go all out in her treatment which was $900.00 which included X-rays blood work antibiotics consultation etc, or put her down cause she was suffering. I have never written a negative Facebook post but I feel strongly about the experience I had with my Appt for my dog. The vet tech. Ignored my questions yesterday. Turned away from me to chit chat with someone that lived in her " neighborhood. I left with unanswered questions. I'm so concerned about my little dog and her allergies and felt neglected yesterday. My other visits have been good. I like Dr. Daly but felt pushed aside for visiting the neighborhood friends today
