I brought my collie/lab mix in for his 2nd grooming with Luz. Because we adopted him from poor living conditions, we asked for just a small trim for his first grooming appointment. When we brought him back, we asked they go slightly shorter. When we got our dog back, he was unrecognizable. Worst place ever the staff is so incompetent they don’t know how to deal with a new dog. Don’t waste your time going here if you need daycare for your do try paws of hope in Westbury
Our dog came home from there with a terrible cough or hacking sound, that he did not have prior to being there. The lady who was at the desk, her name is Eileen was not welcoming to us at all. She was abrasive and dismissive.
