After giving this place two tries, I can definitely say we are never returning. Last time they clipped my dogs nails too far, she bled and does not trust anyone with her paws from then on. This time, they decided to charge twice for a gold package even though my dog stayed only one night. They don't clean well behind the scenes. Don't let the lobby fool you. Puppy was taken here twice, flea from first visit, stomach virus and $600 vet bill from second visit. Check out google reviews for some real feedback stories!
