My wife and I just recently moved here and were in the market for a new mattress. We shopped at other stores and didn't feel that the sales people were very knowledgeable on the mattresses they were selling. We decided to check out Best Mattress. Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful. We did not feel pressure to buy. We did end up buying a BeautyRest Black. The purchase and delivery was so easy and professional. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a new mattress. There is a large variety to choose from.

We were shopping for a mattress for my mother in law who lost her husband in October & is staying with us in Mesquite from Huntley Illinois & found Best Mattress located at 1060 W. Pioneer Blvd. Mesquite, NV. which is next to the big Wal Mart store. We found the store to have a wide display of mattresses of several name brands & many price ranges. Purchased a Purple Mattress. Selected the mattress with manager. Pointed it out. On sale? She confirmed price with someone on phone. Paid for it at their price. Two days later they deliver the wrong mattress. Stuck with it four days. When we reported foul up at store, they charged us $300 more for the correct mattress we bought. Fought them on that. They refunded the $300. During the time we were negotiating the first purchase, manager was on phone taking an oral interview for a new job! Terrible experience!

Best Mattress in Mesquite Nv. is best at ignoring you!!! On June 14th I called 3 times and got a voicemail. I left a message to call me and they never did! What kind of business is this? I dealed with the local furniture store instead and was treated great! Too bad Best Mattress. You lost $500.00 plus get a negative review. You might want some lessons on customer service you sure need them!!!

Best Mattress in Mesquite Nv. is best at ignoring you!!! On June 14th I called 3 times and got a voicemail. I left a message to call me and they never did! What kind of business is this? I dealed with the local furniture store instead and was treated great! Too bad Best Mattress. You lost $500.00 plus get a negative review. You might want some lessons on customer service you sure need them!!!
