Everyone at Best Pets is amazing. From letting our baby girl Daisy through the back door when visiting (because she’s anxious with stairs), to helping our brave boy Sammy through an uncomfortable X-ray. Our family would not choose anywhere else.
I have been bringing my dog, Champ here for about 2 years now. Champ gets very nervous with people he doesn’t know, especially when they come near him and touch him, which obviously a vet needs to do. Best Pets does an AMAZING job of making sure he is as comfortable as possible. He needs to be sedated for anything to be done, and they are so patient with him and I am extremely grateful for that. I can't say enough about Best Pet's staff and especially Dr. Tapscott. She goes over and beyond caring for your pets. She took such great care of our Bella. She had so much compassion for us and what we were going through. We truly appreciated it.
I’m a brand new cat mom, I was worried about sneezing and just in general got her from a shelter wasn’t sure if everything they said was true or not so we went for our first visit. Dakota and Dr. Sam were so great! They were patient and kind. Kate and Cat(Cathrine I think) were absolutely amazing with my Cunucu Wynnie. Wynnie suffers from severe vet anxiety and typically throws her body around when shots and drawing blood is needed. I can not express who grateful I am for them working with Wynnie through this and not just giving up. It took a lot of treats, some cheese wiz and several attempts but we got the blood drawn.
