Great Hotel, staff could be more helpful The person answering our emails was a bit rude and not really helpful. Otherwise i would have given the hotel a 10. They asked us to call the hotel when we were ready for airport pickup. We asked for an alternative as we only had data in our esim. They were sharp and did not give us any alternative. We ended up taking a taxi. We just found out their shuttle goes to the airport every half an hour, knowing this would have solved our problem and saved us the taxi money Good facilities
