The owners need to invest in better maintenance to retain guests. There was only one towel. The bathroom door does not close due to it being soaked with humidity. When asked for service, the chamber-person had difficulty understanding me and communicating with me, as I did not speak spanish fluently. The pandemic has caused the hotel to take precautions.
