Una estadía a reconsiderar No es la primera vez que me hospedo en este hotel y si comparo las diferencias son abismales. Entiendo la situación que estamos pasando con la pandemia y eso podría incidir en mi apreciación. Te limpian y arreglan la habitación solo si lo pides, las alfombras muy sucias al igual que el Laundry, el desayuno pésimo ... Por mencionar algo No

gracias por su encuesta, debido a la pandemia, todos los servicio en todos los hoteles ha cambiado, 95% de los hoteles no estan ofreciendo desayuno, en su lugar estamos dando unas bolsas gratis con algunos items como jugo, fruta, barra de cereales, etc, el servicio de los cuartos tambien esta restringido, no podemos dar nio entrar a los cuartos cada dia, si los huespedes nesecitan algo para le cuarto, tienen que pedirlos en el front desk, el servicio se hace hasta despues del tercer dia de estadia, eso si lo piden, si no se ... read more

Very Good The website advertised free shuttle service to and from the airport, but the shuttle was not operating. Also, when I logged into the WIFI it also advertised free airport shuttle. I think that information needs to be updated. I incurred additional expenses for transportation to and from the airport. There were no washcloths in the bathroom. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.
