The facility was well kept outside and in lobby. The room we stayed in was disappointing. My room smelled like mildew, and the refrigerator didn’t work. I had to keep our food in our cooler and kept refilling it with ice. The air conditioner was not working it was set on one setting. It did not allow us to control the heat or cool air come out. The staff was friendly and hobby was clean and so was the outside of the facility.

Not worth what they are charging. Crappy hotel. The room smelled like dirty carpet as soon as we walked in. I also requested a handy capped room as I was in Miami for surgery and the room was far from handy cap. The bathroom was a danger zone and can pose a liability for Best Western if someone slips and hurts themselves on the floor. We had a walk in shower which had a curtain that did not reach the floor. Close to the airport The room smell was bad, a bit stuffy. Shower curtain smelled bad as well and the design of the bathroom door does not allow to keep the door open while using the bathroom. In 5 nights of stay, we received only 2 big towels and 2 small towels. We left the sign out of the the door for 3 consequent days asking for room cleaning, but that did not happen (any day).
