Disappointing cuando llegamos no tenían nuestra reservación y el servicio nunca fue a la habitación. nosotros botamos la basura y dejamos la habitación recogida pero cómo estaba pasando mi recuperación en el hotel manché un poco la sabana de sangre (claro usamos pad y asta una bolsa de basura para no machar la sabana). Not Happy Price & Staff We booked on booking.com and was told $130 a night and we get to the hotel and it’s $190. They don’t agree with any third party reservations as they made us pay more money when we already reserved at a certain fee and Awilda at the front desk did nothing to help. Everyone had an attitude and not friendly. Will never stay here again

Budget friendly price with poor food and malfunctioning systems that kept us awake all night. Fire alarm went off at random times during the night starting at 2 AM. Went off at least six more times through at least 9 AM. No explanation was given. Room size was good,but lacked sufficient electrical outlets for charging devices. Cleanliness was below par. Location was not near restaurants. On site dining was terrible.

Enttäuschende zwei Nächte zu einem überteuerten Preis ! Unser Zimmer war sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Was nicht so schlimm gewesen wäre, wenn es nicht so unglaublich dreckig gewesen wäre! Bettwäsche war total zerknittert. Vermutlich nicht neu bezogen. Bettwäsche dreckig, Flecken im Bettlacken, dreckiger Fußboden im Bad und Teppich. Die oben angesprochene Sache mit dem Transfer. The staff was very nice and bed comfortable. Shower and water pressure poor. Bathrooms and floors need updating. It needs to be updated. The rugs and bathrooms don’t look that clean.

Not again. everything else, Staff was horrible, breakfast was not included when it advertised that. dirty filthy mess in the hallway. smelling bad near to airport
