Pleasant Our flight was a little delayed so I contacted the hotel at 10:25 pm and was told that the shuttle was not available even though it runs until 10:30pm and should have already been at the hotel. We had to stand in the rain and wait for an Uber. We arrived at the hotel and the receptionist was short and she was not very pleasant then she asked if I called about the shuttle in which I replied yes and then proceeded to dispute with me the time I called.
