Beth is great. Very professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful for any question that I asked. You need to hire more people just like her if you can find them. People with her skill level and great customer service skills are usually hard to find or taken.

Beth was amazing- from getting prequalified until our loan funded and recorded! She always answered my emails and phone calls through my dozens of questions, even on the weekend or when she was out of the office! I was never pushed off to her assistant, she was sure to be in contact with me or my agent herself! I loved it, I would highly recommend her!!

working with Beth was very easy. she made financing our home very simple with only few paper work from us. the entire process was done via emails and telephone which I loved because time is something that we really don't have. And also her support staff was just has helpful. I really couldn't have had a better service. Another thing that i like about the entire process is that Beth told us that Homestreet Bank is keeping our loan, the will not sell it. Beth is a genuine good person and is great to work with. Gets back to you within reasonable time and is very patient for new home buyers. She's very informative and does appropriate nagging to get the job done :) I would strongly recommend her to anyone!

Beth and her assistant, Michelle, helped make the process go quickly and smoothly. We have been through a much more lengthy and tedious refinance process a couple years ago with a big bank. Using a local bank with much more personable, reliable and efficient professionals was an experience as different as night and day!
