Bethany and Stephanie were absolutely amazing! I truly believe we would not have closed on our house if it wasn’t for them. Bethany helped us so much from the very beginning. Our sellers didn’t want realtors involved, and the law office we chose for our contract was absolutely horrible, forgetful, and disorganized. Bethany not only went above and beyond to do her job professionally and passionately, but she also did the job of the attorneys who were unmotivated and sub-par. Bethany was available for questions and assistance late at night and early in the morning, including weekends. Stephanie and Bethany both made the buying process a lot let stressful, as they both had to do the job of Realtors as well due to the sellers not wanting to use any. I will highly recommend Atlantic Bay, especially Bethany and Stephanie.
