I always have a good experience with this practice. Wry professional staff and takes care of any issues you have.
Saw doctor on time. He asked what was up and I explained I thought I had a planters wart. He looked at my foot and her said m, no it was a callous. He scraped my foot and explained to me to soak my foot in water with epson salt every few days.
Dr. Fein diagnosed my foot problem and prescribed orthotics. The orthotics are keeping me moving with much less discomfort. Dr. Fein was considerate and took the time to be sure the orthotics fit properly which took a couple follow up appointments. Thank you!
Called to refill a prescription the staff were professional and called it in the same day to my pharmacy even though they usually do a mail away pharmacy but I was out of my medication so they called it in for me. Dr. Jaime O is an amazing Podiatrist he is professional, genuine, trustworthy, kind, caring and most of all you can put all your foot are needs in his hands and be relaxed about the whole appointment knowing it will go well. The staff at Bethel Foot & Ankle are great. They are always pleasant, accommodating and efficient. Appointments are always in time. Never have to wait. I have been treated by both Dr. Fein & Dr. Otfinoski for various foot issues and totally pleased with the results. Dr. Fein performed bunion surgery on me years ago, which I was totally pleased with. Other people that I have known had the same surgery with other doctors, the recovery took much longer than mine did. I highly recommend both doctors in this practice.
