Richard’s is the best. From the dealer to the financial guy, the tech guy and service department, they are all kind, helpful and respectful.
I just did my 2nd lease with Richardson’s and both Chrystian and Corey were excellent to work with. The service department has always been exceptional when needed and they go above and beyond to assist when needed.

Friendly, courteous sign in by Dawn at 8:00 am Saturday April 6. Work was done promptly, used reward points for payment. Departed around 9:10 am.
So far the people I have dealt with upon delivery of my new Yukon has been excellent. Today at the service department the service writer I worked with was excellent.

Fast For an oil change not much more to be said Appointment made on line. Received email that someone would be in touch. No response. Called several days later to confirm. Gentleman said it was in computer and I wouldn't receive any further response. Arrived at appointment time and no appointment listed anywhere. Oil change was quick but attention to customer service poor
