This place is a complete joke , they had my truck for close to 6 months this year , mainly for issues they caused which is cracked windshield, ripped off a pillar , internal water leak , stolen money , broken hood latch , broken console , missing other item (they did replace) all with almost zero communication , I have left dozens of emails and vm to gm's and the owner and haven't heard anything back , I was trying to be patient but when I picked it up this last time and the service manager tried to tell me they did nothing ... read more
I debated writing a review but hopefully this saves someone's money seeing how ill never get mine back . I drop my vehicle off on October 3rd through October 25th for a idling stall issue , they had my vehicle back twice in this time period and I still had to take it else where . $1200 dollars wasted and was not fixed either time .Coopersville even tried giving it back to on the 12th where I made it 20 miles up the road before Turning right around and giving it back for the same reason i was there in the first place . I had some vibrating and uneven tire wearing. I brought my car in for a diagnostic (charged me). They quoted me $1000 for inner and outer tie rods on both sides. I took the car to two other places and both said that the ball joints need to be replaced and quoted it for $600. I made sure to ask if the tie rods were okay. To summarize, Betten Baker was either extremely LAZY when checking or extremely DISHONEST and would've probably charged me for ball joints too along with tie rods if I had them do it. Avoid this place.
I’ve dealt with the service department at betten baker ford quite a lot in the last 12 months. I never thought it would have to come down to this but I believe my voice needs to be heard. I had brought my vehicle to another shop to have work done on it. That shop didn’t finish the job correctly and there were things that needed to be put back together correctly.
